What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 30-day 'Stay Alive' guarantee. If your bonsai arrives damaged or shows signs of poor health within the first 30 days, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you provide care instructions for beginners?

Yes, every SuperBonsai comes with a species-specific digital care guide covering watering schedules, sunlight requirements, and pruning techniques to help you succeed.

How long does shipping typically take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we use expedited shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
